Return any stock item for any reason within 30 days for a refund, except:

• Custom Items
• Items marked "non-returnable"

If BIG UGGLY™ is at fault, we will issue a UPS ARS label for free return shipping. Otherwise customer is responsible for shipping charges.

• Call 1-888-288-6909 or email sales@premierproductsco.com to receive a Return Authorization/Order Number.
• Write the Return Authorization/Order Number on the outside of the package.
